Harleen questions RV about why he brought Purvi back after promising to drop her home after the Pag Phere ritual. RV claims he tried to leave but couldn't. Hermal asks if he has feelings for Purvi, but RV denies it, explaining that Khushi showed up with a restraining order and divorce papers. RV asserts that Khushi can't control his life and vows to take revenge.

Meanwhile, Monisha demands Purvi be thrown out, but Dadi intervenes, revealing she knows about RV and Monisha's engagement. Dadi advises Purvi to fight for her rights, saying RV belongs to her. RV stops Monisha from entering Dadi's room and tells her he won't throw Purvi out. The Malhotra family supports RV's decision.

Later, Purvi and RV argue over cupboard space, and RV ends up sleeping on the couch. Monisha can't sleep, worrying about RV and Purvi sharing a room. Deepika tries to calm her down. RV wakes up with shoulder pain and tries to make Purvi sleep on the couch, but she refuses. They argue over the AC temperature, and Purvi eventually puts cotton in her ears and sleeps.

The next morning, Purvi serves food, and RV asks if she cooked it. Dadaji asks Purvi to make a sweet dish for an ancestral necklace. Monisha's sarcasm sparks tension, and Deepika pulls her aside, revealing her desire for the necklace and control over the house. Dadaji expresses his wish for Monisha to leave, and RV assures him it will happen today.
