The episode begins with Nutan requesting to join Parashar's mission, but he declines, citing her safety and the risks involved. He values her life and wants her to continue helping other women. Nutan insists on finding a new purpose, but Parashar reminds her of her importance to him.
Meanwhile, Moon refuses to eat, demanding to see her mother. Shubhankar tries to convince her that Jhanak is her real mother, but Moon is adamant. Arundhati defends Moon's behavior, attributing it to her village upbringing. Shubhankar insists Moon shouldn't use their surname and asks Anjana to take her away.
Arshi asks about Moon's whereabouts, and Bablu informs her that Anjana took her inside. Arshi notices Anirudh's distant behavior and asks Mrinalini to be patient. Arshi later brings Moon out, who insists Nutan is her mother and runs away.
Menka thanks Ishani for her help, and Ishani asks if she'll always prioritize others. Menka invites Ishani to her wedding, but Ishani declines, saying marriage isn't on her mind.
Arshi watches Moon sleep, and Anirudh asks what she's doing. Arshi expresses discomfort, and Anirudh reminds her of the recording, threatening to give Moon to Arundhati and Anjana if she doesn't trust him.
Parashar confesses his love to Nutan, who can't reciprocate but promises friendship. Parashar accepts her decision. Later, Moon wakes up crying for her mother, and Anirudh comforts her. He asks Arshi to accept Moon with love, and she agrees, questioning his feelings.
Anirudh says he's trying to love her but needs time. Arshi accuses him of loving someone else, and Anirudh claims that love has ended.
Moon refuses to eat, crying for her real mother, Nutan. Anjana tries to calm her down, explaining that Arshi is her mother, but Moon insists on going to Nutan. Anirudh returns home and offers to take Moon out, but she again asks to go to Nutan. Anirudh tells her Nutan isn't her mother, and Anjana suggests letting Moon talk to Nutan, but he refuses.
Menka confides in Ishani about her worries regarding the wedding and Jeet's trustworthiness. Ishani advises her not to stress. Amba warns Ishani to be cautious during the village fair. Jeet's gang shows up, making Sandhya uncomfortable, but Anindya assures her everything will be fine.
Anjana tells Anirudh that Moon isn't eating and suggests calling Jhanak. Anirudh calls, but Jhanak cuts the call. Moon asks who he was calling, and he says Nutan. Moon becomes excited and asks him to call again. Nutan receives the video call and tearfully talks to Moon, telling her not to cry.
Parashar advises Nutan to check on the child, but she says Moon isn't her child and it's painful to hear her voice. Parashar encourages her to stay in touch with Moon. Anirudh ends the call, and Moon becomes upset, calling him bad.
Anindya serves food to Jeet's gang, and Dev reminds him of his promise regarding Ishani's marriage to Jeet. Dev warns that if Jeet doesn't marry Ishani, Menka's wedding won't happen. Anindya tries to calm the situation, but Dev insists on the marriage.
Nutan tells Parashar she won't speak to Moon again, saying Moon has a family and asks him to tell the Boses she's dead if they contact her again.
